Special Interest Session III: First SGO International Advanced Surgery and Research Symposium

Description: In this course, attendees will have an opportunity to learn from leading surgeons and investigators about some of the most relevant and recent topics of interest to the gynecologic oncologist. Among these will include the role of HIPEC therapy in advanced ovarian cancer, updates on sentinel node mapping in endometrial cancer, current strategies in the surgical management of locally-advanced cervical cancer, and nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy. In addition, the course will feature a series of outstanding surgical videos from around the world with commentaries by leading surgeons in the field.
