Description: This seminar will focus on the surgeon and establish the need for the care giver to receive care. A long overdue discussion is starting to evolve over the physical and mental stresses that surgeons absorb, heretofore without question, and the potentially devastating results when these stresses are unchecked and unmanaged. In this course these issues will be brought to light and some recommendations made to improve surgeon health and physical well-being
