Description: During the workshop, attendees will develop a pragmatic understanding of the neuropsychology of stress with emphasis on learning about the brain processes underlying human attention and interpretations. The workshop will explore reasons behind the mind’s restlessness and irrationality, and the paradox of thought suppression causing recoil of the same thought. Participants will learn practical approaches to decrease stress and increase resilience.
