Biographical Sketch: William Robinson, MD is the Maxwell E Lapham Professor of Gynecologic Oncology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He is also the Director and Principle Investigator of the Tulane Minority-Based Community Clinical Oncology Program(MB-CCOP). Dr Robinson chairs the Society of Gynecologic Oncology Coding Committee, and sits on the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology Coding and Health Care Finance Committee. He is the author of multiple CPT codes, and speaks often on CPT Coding issues."
