Biographical Sketch: Dr Massad is a Professor with the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Washington University in St Louis. He is chairman of the Practice Committee of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and led the recent revision of ASCCP guidelines for management of cervical cancer screening tests and CIN/AIS. He was on the expert panel that developed the cervical cancer screening guidelines published in March 2012 jointly by the American Cancer Society, ASCCP, and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists."
