Biographical Sketch: Dr Levenback is a practicing gynecologic oncologist and is the Deputy Chair and Medical Director for the Department of Gynecologic Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He currently serves as the Chair of the Medical Practice Committee and Surgery Safety Committee at MD Anderson. He has led and sponsored my quality improvement and safety projects at MD Anderson some of which will be highlighted in this presentation.
