Biographical Sketch:
I am a board certified gynecologic oncologist and have been working on on this translational research investigating the utility of the tampon (and the Tao brush) to detect endometrial cancer DNA and the methylation changes that occur in the primary tumor for the past 3 years. My work is supported by a multidisciplinary team of gyn oncs, pathologists, basic scientists, biostatisticians, etc, from both Mayo Clinic and the NCI.
