Biographical Sketch:
John Farley MD, is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Creighton University School of Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, He is a 1986 graduate of the United States Military Academy. A 1990 graduate of USUHS, and completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology. He has been a active participant in the Gynecologic Oncology Group(GOG), and has held numerous committee appointments in the GOG. Dr Farley has authored over fifty peer reviewed manuscripts, reviews, and invited book chapters. Dr Farley has received numerous awards to include: Order of Military Medical Merit, “A” Army proficiency designator, APGO Excellence in Teaching Award, and induction in Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Farley was assigned to USUHS from 2006-2011, achieved the academic rank of professor. He currently serves as a staff physician in the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------"
