Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Secord completed her gynecologic oncology fellowship in 2001 at Duke University Medical Center and joined the faculty within the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. In 2011, she completed my Masters in Health Sciences in Clinical Research. She is the Director of Gynecologic Oncology Clinical Trials and has participated as a member on the Gynecologic Oncology Group Ovarian and Developmental Therapeutics Committees. Her areas of interest include the regulation of angiogenesis in ovarian cancer, biologic therapies, clinical trials, and the role of obesity in ovarian and endometrial cancers."
