Biographical Sketch: I have been working with patients with all types of cancer since 2004 – throughout the majority of my nursing career. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison (1993) and my Masters of Science – Oncology and Adult Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University (2002). I was thrilled to move my family to Chicago from NYC in 2006 to join the team in Gyn Oncology at Northwestern. I am certified as an Advanced Oncology Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP®) and have served as the vice-chair of the Allied Group in the Society of Gynecologic Oncology since 2012. I thouroghly enjoyed being part of the team that designed and interpreted the first SGO's 2010-2011 Mid-level provider survey.
